WHITE VEILING TIME!
After being a Postulant, the next stop in a Sister’s journey is the Ceremony of Vestition- which takes you to ‘Novice Sister’ status.
Above is our Novice Sister Mona Key in Manchester’s Sackville Park (during Manchester Pride 2018) taking those vows! And here are the vows that NvSr Mona pledged back to the order:
“I offer up my body and heart to the Promulgation of Universal Joy and to the Expiation of Stigmatic Guilt and I offer up:
My skill with knots, so that our ends may never be loose
My honesty, always tempered with kindness
And my kettle, for endless cups of tea overfloweth”
